Evaluation Process & Fees

What to Expect

Our evaluation process is designed to be thorough, personalized, and family-centered. The steps include:

• Free 15-minute consultation
• Intake interview
• Record review
• Individualized in-person testing sessions
• Scoring and interpretation
• Comprehensive written report and feedback session

Fees & Insurance

To allow for flexibility and quality, we do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you plan to seek reimbursement, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to ask about required forms or preauthorization.

Hourly Rate: $160/hour

Approximate Evaluation Time: 10–15 hours total

Average Cost: $1,600-2,400

**The estimated cost reflects a full psychoeducational evaluation, which may include assessment of concerns such as ADHD, learning differences, or autism. Because evaluations are tailored to each client, the total cost may vary depending on the types of assessments needed and the complexity of the case. A personalized Good Faith Estimate will be provided before testing begins. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs and pricing.

Payment Schedule:

  • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your intake and will be applied toward the total.

  • Half of the remaining balance is due before testing begins.

  • The final balance is due before your feedback session.

We recognize that a comprehensive evaluation can be a significant expense, but it is often a one-time investment that helps families avoid the cost and stress of trial-and-error approaches. An accurate understanding of your child’s needs allows your time, energy, and resources to be directed toward interventions and supports that are truly effective.
